We are always seeking ways to increase our presence and make available the resources that entrepreneurs need to be successful. Investing in individuals that are within underserved communities has always been the forefront of our operation. We will continue to achieve this goal through community capacity building. Stimulating Minds through Entrepreneurship & Leadership, collectively, is proud to introduce our Investment Pitch Application.

 

Think Investment Pitch is devoted to aiding entrepreneurs to receive mental and financial support to bring forward their creative ideas and expand their product and/or service. Entrepreneurs will introduce their ideas, products and/or services to a deciding 2-panel team. If the pitch is interesting, an entrepreneur can receive up to $10,000. 

 

To participate in this exciting program, you are required to:

1. Be a New York State resident.

2. Complete a Think Investment Pitch application.

3. Upload a one-page explanation of your idea, product and/or service.

4. Upload a two minute or less video pitching your business, financial need, and projections.

Step 2 Advice:

1. Ensure all fields are completed properly. 

2. Answer questions using factual data, be transparent, be honest.  

3. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

Step 3 Advice:

1. Introduce your business.

2. Share what made you decide to start this business.

3. Discuss your business venture in greater details. 

4. Highlight any intellectual property related to your product or service.

Step 4 Advice: 

1. Clearly pitch your idea, product and/or service.

2. Share how the idea, product and/or service will be beneficial to communities.

3. Discuss the impact the product and/or service will have on consumers.

4. Be clear with your financial needs and projections.
